SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Orders are shipped via USPS mail within three business days. 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and, if applicable, your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delayed or lost orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

Wrong or incomplete address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Damages: Wallshire Soaps products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns: We understand all skin types are different. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us to start a return. We have a 7-day return policy *, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
